Service Agreement

By requesting a quote or booking services with Ark-la-tex Power Cleaning, you agree to these terms. A formal agreement is established when you accept our service quote and we schedule your cleaning appointment.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions when our team arrives. We will communicate any changes before proceeding with work. Pricing is based on the scope discussed during quote generation.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept checks and major credit cards. For large projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.

Cancellation Policy

We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a travel fee to cover dispatch costs.

Service Expectations

We commit to professional service delivery using appropriate equipment and cleaning solutions. Results depend on surface conditions and contamination levels. We document work completed and will address any concerns within 7 days of service.

Liability

Our team is fully insured. In the unlikely event of property damage during service, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Our liability is limited to the value of services provided.

Environmental Practices

We use cleaning agents that meet environmental regulations. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper drainage access and informing us of any environmental restrictions on their property.

Warranty and Satisfaction

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with the cleaning results, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.
